Returns or Exchanges:
You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from The Trippy Cat. Your package must not be post marked any later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to The Trippy Cat. The Trippy Cat shall send your exchanged items back at no charge, one-time only. Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The Trippy Cat will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 48 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
1. The item(s) have been worn or washed
2. The item(s) have been altered
3. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without

Upon receiving your return, The Trippy Cat will process your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than that which was used in your original order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
