Why when I go to check out does it convert to USD from my currency?


The currency converter used on our site converts the price of the items from USD to your currency while viewing. But it is unable to do so at the checkout, the prices are still the same as when you added them to the cart but are just shown in USD.


Where do you ship and how much does it cost?


We ship worldwide. Shipping is $5.00 USD for standard shipping on all orders under $100 and for all orders $100 and over shipping is free.

How long will my order take to arrive?


USA:

If you live in the US your order will take between 5-20 working days to arrive.


UK and Europe:

If you live in the UK or Europe your order will take between 10-25 working days to arrive.


Worldwide:

Worldwide shipping takes between 14-25 working days.


These are just approximate times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Is tracking available for my order?


Yes, we will send you tracking information 3-15 days after purchase. If you do not receive tracking information within this time frame you can contact us at: support@thetrippycat.com


What should I do if my order does not arrive?


If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame you can contact us at: support@thetrippycat.com


Please be aware that as stated above the order times are approximate and delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances that are not under our control.


What are your products made out of?


All of our full color print products are made out of polyester rich fabric. This is because polyester is the best type of material when it comes to sublimation print as it holds the color without cracking, peeling or fading while also keeping the shape of the garment. This style of print is ineffective when used on cotton rich fabric.


Are your products machine washable?


Yes, we recommend a cold wash and natural dry to keep all garments in the best condition.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged?


In the unlikely scenario that your order is damaged in transit, we encourage you to contact us at: support@thetrippycat.com with your order information and a photo of the fault. From here we will assess your case and let you know if you are eligible for an exchange or refund.


I ordered a couple of different products off your site, why did they arrive separately?


We have several warehouses in China, some products will be available at one warehouse and others may be available at another. We will therefore ship your products from different warehouses straight to you instead of adding extra time to your wait. However we will still only charge you once for shipping if this is the case.
